The client for this projected wanted to improve drainage of an existing parking lot and extend the parking area into a grassed area.

We needed to figure out how to make the site surface drain while keeping in mind that they may install storage buildings in the future. We wanted to make sure that we created the drainage so it would still work if a building was put up without having to redo the parking area we created.

We then excavated soil on the top and relocated on site and used the excavated material to create a berm. We installed geotextile and levelled the stone with GPS machine control on the dozer.
